Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls.
  • Make calls to customers or potential customers to provide support, troubleshooting related to products or services.
  • Enter and update new customer information into system for sales team.
  • Ensure that every caller receives excellent service.
  • Reporting and monitoring of customer satisfaction

Position Requirements

  • Any degree holder.
  • At least 1 year experience.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
