Job Description

  • Lead and monitor the operation of Service Center regarding Daily Operation & Office Facilities.
  • Manage the Customer Database for Sales & Marketing Analysis.
  • Monitor petty cash usage and the claim process.
  • Evaluate the current action plan to address the areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the team performance by giving the recommendation and help him or her to solve theproblem that could be occurred.
  • Handle the service report on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Handle the other assignment from Management.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics,Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Computer Business.
  • 5-10 years experiences in service business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Principles, Rules & Regulations, Taxations i.e.VAT, w/tax
  • Achieve-oriented and high commitment to deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively or as part of a multi-national team.
  • Willing to travel abroad for training, seminars and workshops.
  • Good in English, both written and spoken.
