Advans Myanmar, currently in its pre-operation stage, is seeking for a Microfinance Operations Officer who will participate into the launch of the company’s activities in Myanmar.
The Microfinance Operations Officer will report to the Credit Manager.
The Purpose of the position is to help management to set up the commercial strategy and actions of the company, to participate into the implementation of the Operations Department of the Company.
Main task include, but are not limited to:
- Market Study: o Participate into the initial market survey in Mandalay region, under supervision of the Credit Manager, in order to identify the key assumptions and drivers to ensure an efficient and timely start of the operations
Lead the field interviews conducted with prospective customers, partners, related parties…
Participate to the computation of the results;
Participate into the analysis of the results and report drafting;
- Products and Procedures Preparation / Training o Participate into the product design (products features) o Prepare update of operational procedures / forms / policies and tools o Participate to the communication & training of the branch staff on any operational procedures / forms / policies and tools, including:
- Back Office Support to Branches o As needed, provide support to the commercial task force of the company on operational issues, including support related to the Core Banking System of the Company
