Job Description

  • Responsible for managing resources utilization and assuming accountability for total projectperformance against the estimated project budgets.
  • Responsibility for the efficient, timely and accurate completion of operation functions,project deliveries and day to day project management.
  • Ensuring that all the operational activities are done within specific time frame and/or termsand conditions requested by the Customers.
  • Coordinate and lead customer meetings including kick-off and status update.
  • Creation of proposals / RFP /RFQ.
  • Creation of standard Telecom Implementation templates for project use and assistingcustomer requests and imposed standards.
  • Coordinating with other related department in order to be smooth and systematic workflow.
  • Coordinating with Finance Department for operation monthly/quarterly and annual budgetpreparation and PO/Invoice processes.
  • Ensuring all operation related documents are kept in systematic order.
  • Analysis & Reporting weekly project progress and summery report to management.
  • Quality control/ quality assurance (client's policies and procedures in support of the client'sobjectives).
  • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor
