1.University Graduate and HR Management Diploma if preferable.
2.Five years of experience in HR Field.
3.Demonstrated Team Leading and Management Skills.
4.Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment.
5.Able to work in shifts and holidays as required.
6.Good negotiation and communication skills
7.Fluent in 4skills of English Language.
8.Knowledge in Myanamr Labour Law.
9.Knowledge in Income tax.
10.Knowledge in SSB (Social Security Board) laws.
11.Able to use computer(Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email)
