Job Description

  7. Daily SR salary communication
  8. Emergency & dispute handle
  9. The HR manager is responsible to support daily HR activities, assisting in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
  10. You will also be responsible to update data and run the mass HR administration processes.
  11. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  12. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, leave record, etc).
  13. Communicate with government authorities when necessary.
  14. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  15. To submit in-time daily, weekly and monthly report to HR head (Huawei) and GM(AGS)
  16. Checking and getting the approval from Huawei HR for the daily attendance, payroll etc.
  17. Conduct the monthly coordination meeting with regional HR assistants and report to GM (AGS) and HR head (Huawei).
  18. Implementation of team work to improve the efficiency of subordinates' skill.

Position Requirements

1.University Graduate and HR Management Diploma if preferable.

2.Five years of experience in HR Field.

3.Demonstrated Team Leading and Management Skills.

4.Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment.

5.Able to work in shifts and holidays as required.

6.Good negotiation and communication skills

7.Fluent in 4skills of English Language.

8.Knowledge in Myanamr Labour Law.

9.Knowledge in Income tax.

10.Knowledge in SSB (Social Security Board) laws.

11.Able to use computer(Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email)
