Job Description

  • Welcoming guests to the building
  • Taking phone calls on behalf of Bridge and correctly directing inquiries
  • Managing office meeting space and running the meeting space calendars
  • Arranging catering for meeting space and workshops
  • Overseeing office maintenance including cleaning internal and external, plumbing, electricity (lighting)equipment repairs
  • Supporting the finance and administration department with basic administrative tasks and data entry.

Position Requirements

  • A great personality and social skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fluent English and Myanmar Language
  • Managerial skills such that you can oversee the above tasks within a team
  • Microsof Office Suite (Word, Exel)
  • Basic data entry or finance entry knowledge
