Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and prepare calendars by weekly schedule.
  • Arrange / Booking for meeting and meeting room
  • Arranging Travel Arrangement
  • Prepare Agenda for Directors
  • Necessary to check email
  • Necessary to liaise with HR, HR(Travel Dept), HR (Transport Dept) and accounts dept as well.
  • Prepare Bank account opening process, filling up and prepare necessary documents
  • Following Directors Signature for necessary
  • Preparing documents by using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents.
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations.
  • To organize and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary manage
  • Translation may necessary English to Myanmar as per Directors & Engineer Instruction.
  • Preparing Letters to submit for document control.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies, stationery and place appropriate orders.
  • Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.
  • To sort and distribute incoming post, organize, send outgoing post.
  • Others secretary jobs as required as per boss necessaries.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree from any other discipline
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Energetic, proactive and able to multi task
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English language (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) preferred
