1. Assist to plan marketing and brand strategy including Promotion, Product, Price, Channel, STP, competitor/consumer analysis and so on.
2. Plan the effective promotion plan in detail regarding BTL (wet sampling, gift, campaign etc.)/ATL (digital, billboard, TV, radio, wrapping etc.) and execute this.
3. Supervise the digital communication operation like social networking service and web site.
4. Marketing division budget management and preparation.
5. Assist to manage the new product development and consumer test.
6. Management and administration of the staff in the marketing division.
