Job Description

• Assist in the development of the overall annual marketing plan for the division; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and assist in controlling the marketing budget. • Assist the Head of Marketing in new product marketing plans for product introductions for the various brands (existing and new) • Help organize the marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed. • Manage a local team of executors for the development of marketing materials (brochures, advertisements etc. ATL/BTL) • Assist in the development of new brands, associated brand values for new products and stores (in collaboration with senior management) • Responsible for writing SOP’s, brand guidelines and other related systems and structures. • Assist and advise the Head of Marketing and the operations department in establishing pricing policies. • Supports in the development and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. • Helps in the planning of advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. • Assist in the effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing/Branding • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is an distinct advantage • Proven track record of success in marketing roles. • Proven track record of success in developing market (in Asia) • Confident, driven and dynamic personality. • Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities in challenging market and economic environments • Must have at least 5yrs experience in QSR Food & Beverage business with a significant amount of time spent in operational positions • Must be willing and available to travel as and when required by the company
