Job Description

  1. Need to be touring the township and rural areas and prepare movement order and get allowed order of Chief Auditor and HO (Admin) manager; and carry out to get estimated travelling advance and filing of Movement Order (MO) Copy in related Audit File systematically.
  2. Auditing the clients monthly as per Programme and asking for respective accounts and documents from responsible persons of clients.
  3. Auditing respective organizations, divisions and departments with responsible persons officially; and keeping the audited documents systematically.
  4. Collecting respective accounts and documents from clients for monthly reports which are within his duty to audit and after completed the audit, submit the report efficiently with audit evidence document on time.
  5. If frauds, misappropriations and special points are found during auditing, have to submit timely information to Audit Manager or Chief Auditor, and make action by dicisions of Chief Auditor; and if necessary need to contact with assistant manager, manager, Division Head and Coordinator.
  6. After auditing the respective divisions and departments, reports must write down prepare with reference evidences and submit it to Assistant Manager; audit working papers are to be filled and recorded systematically in respect of organization and Departments.
  7. When review was done by Assistant Manager, submit it to Audit Manager or Chief Auditor and to be recorded in Report Register systematically.
  8. The Reports handed over in return from coordinators and Managing Director if included remarks or instructions, need to send copies to respective organization and Departments and if the clients do not take any actions on time about the mentioned remarks and instructions, until the second time or next audit the said points of remarks and instructions referred to respective reports are to be submitted again to coordinators and Managing Director through Internal Audit C&C Manager.
