Job Description

  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity & quality standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national Nissin sales objectives.
  • Plan sales strategy including optimal sales formation, sales budget, channel, area, sales discountand so on.
  • Decide the sales discount for each term, channel, and area.
  • Supervise and leads the Lluvia FMCG team sales execution for whole nation.
  • Prepare sales manuals and tools to conduct sales training for the FMCG Sales Team.
  • Always survey and check the competitor’s price and activities.
  • Meeting with production manager of Nissin factory to decide the production volume.
  • Revise and close the distribution agreement with FMCG team with good conditions.
  • Perform as a management team of JV.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • At least 5-8 years’ experience comprising: - Minimum 5 years sales management and or Regional supervision in a FMCG / Food industry.
  • Proven track record in volume sales.
  • This person must be trained and have at least 3-5 years of experience in food industry.
  • Sales Team management expertise is compulsory.
