Job Description

  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures, help prepare budgetstarget
  • Develop promotional ideas and material
  • Directs product research and development.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Develops strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Visits regularly direct and indirect foodservice accounts in his/her territory to take orders, do detailing, promote products and conducts live sampling to introduce new products and/or widen product mix using the Wheat Flour Sales Method
  • Conducts cooking demonstration to widen application of existing products. If needed, may plan and organize cooking demonstration to a group of existing and/or prospective customers to be conducted by the Technical Support Team.
  • Develops new accounts by calling on prospective customers.
  • Prepares Daily Report, competitor’s activities, Customer Complaint Report, other documents/reports and has to be submitted to the Head of Sales and Marketing and Head Office on time.
  • Discusses with the head of sales and marketing, any sales activities, customers’ concerns, competitor’s activities/ promotions, and other related matters and agrees on course of action and timetable.
  • Coordinates and monitors distributor’s pricing structure, implementation of discounts, promotions, and free goods deal in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
  • Other ad hoc assigned by superiors.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Management/Hotel and restaurant Management/food Technology/Culinary Arts/ Business degree or related professional qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience , primarily in foodservice or in a B2B food setting
  • experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • technical sales skills and knowledge of market research
  • proven experience in customer relationship management
  • experience in managing and directing a sales team
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Very knowledgeable in excel and powerpoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills
