Job Description

 - Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events (e.g. Certified Employee In-processing, Teacher Orientation, applicant interviews, facilities use, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the needs of the department, District and employees.

 - Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment.

- Ensuring systems and processes support the Company strategy appropriate staff member.

- Facilitating the development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements

- Planning for headcount to staff the positions based on requirements

- Tracking staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensuring vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources

- Initiating and participating in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates for senior leadership positions

- Formulating policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company

- Monitoring the execution of well-planned induction programmes to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster

- Identifying critical employee training needs across the Company, designing the annual training calendar, supervises its execution and monitors the effectiveness of training

- Responsible in SSB Contribution

- Implementing SOP Procedure

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Human Resource Management

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related field.

- Understanding of Myanmar labour law.

- Must have strong communication and negotiation skill.

- Must have sill in leadership and interpersonal

- Professional written and verbal communication and internal personal skills
