* Supervision and support of the service engineer.
* Development and Implementation of reporting, starting with making order to finish service to customers
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure after service processes
* Manage the customer claim handling according to company procedure.
* Evaluate customer's repair and service requirements and prepare relative quotation
* Take part of the daily technical problem solving and trouble-shooting.
* 3 to 5 years in After Service, Management or other relative work, experience in refrigeration equipment or mechanical unit is preferred
* Business minded attitude, with good planning and analysis skills
* Technical base combined with customer orientation.
* Ability to work with professional confidence and a high degree of independence
* Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and honest
