• Provide employee relations support and counseling for employees and Managers.
• Update Human Resources and Company policies and procedures when necessary.
• Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
• Prepare the orientation pack for new employees and explain and make orientation tour.
• Provides new employee orientation regarding all personnel policies and procedures.
• Facilitate all training programs and conduct General Training programs.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Labor Laws and Regulations.
