Job Description

  • Aftersales operation implementation and KPI monitoring
  • Workshopoperation and management support(Service Quality improvement; Customer handling; Kaizen activity) in E-Garage
  • Capable to handle and solve workshop daily operation issue.
  • Aftersales marketing development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand image. This includes planning and implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Capable to conduct studies on market feasibility for business opportunity.
  • Review the financial reports, manpower requirements, stock levels, etc to monitor cost savings, compliance with company policies.
  • Involve in the development, plan & organize yearly aftersales activities.
  • Assist in preparation of reports to the Head of Business Unit or other relevant committees.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our current business by establishing a network of automotive service centres.
  • Assist in new outlet set up such as layout, target setting and arrange equipment allocation and installation.
  • Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Position Requirements

  • Any Graduates are acceptable.
  • Extensive experiences in automotive Aftersales field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years automotive experiences.
  • Preferably candidate with automotive knowledge/background.
  • Aftersales strategy planning capability.
  • Aftersales operation and management support experience in particular on hand support.
  • Service Performance data analysis and countermeasure development capability.
  • High levels of analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, ability to think laterally, present new ideas and make independent decisions.
  • Excellent MS Office literacy especially Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • To be based in Myanmar and willing to be travel and relocate to any Indochina country as and when requires.
  • Applicant are required to assist all the Indochina country in term of Business Development, he must be willing to be stationed there for at least 2 years after before and after establishment
