Job Description


  • Take off quantities from drawings and prepare a BOQ and price in each system.
  • Executing full proposals and costing of main equipment and meterial for tendering process.
  • Receipt and registering of documentation for tendering.
  • Coordinate with supplier for prize list and comparison of cost.
  • Work with concern parties to update project estimated cost for checking by supervisor.
  • Understanding job specification, scope of work, condition and related issues.
  • Review and revise all tendering document when re-condition..
  • Perform other related duties as assignment.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&E Contracting business will be advantages.
  • Experience in Construction / Engineering Business will be advantages.
  • Able to understand shop drawings and cost estimation.
  • Good command in English and Computer literacy.
  • Able to communicate & co-ordinate with other teams.
  • Able to work under pressure.
