Job Description

  • Deal directly with customer/tenant either by telephone, electronically or face to face;
  • Respond promptly to customer/tenant inquiries;
  • Handle and resolve customer/tenant complaints;
  • Process forms, applications and requests;
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes;
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to CS Manager and Property Manager;
  • Keep and update tenant databases;
  • Keep records of customers/ tenant interactions and transactions;
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints;
  • Record details of actions taken;
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
  • Follow up on customer/tenant interactions;
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Follow up and cooperate with internal departments to implement Building maintenance schedules;
  • Prepare and deliver ALL notifications to Tenants (hard copies and email);
  • Management outstanding of Office Tenants.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent;
  • Over 30 years old
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. (03 – 05 years experiences of customer service, especially in hotel or bank);
  • Good basic computer skills (words, excel, power point…);
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Able to communicate in English verbally and writing (i.e. Good speaking and writing skills, equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above)
