Job Description

  1. To perform installation, setup, testing and verification of software.
  2. Analyse, diagnoses, determined probable cause and resolve POS related problems.
  3. Manage customers' new, additional or change request requirements/ enhancement for application and system support
  4. Provide off-hours support as needed
  5. Support project deployment
  6. Document all supported cases

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor in information technology or related discipline
  2. Relevant working experience in supporting POS system
  3. Basic skill in managing and supporting desktop hardware and software,
  4. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL
  5. Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  6. Strong problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent customer service skills with ability to provide support to all level ofusers
  8. Able to work independently and as a team
  9. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English
