Job Description

• Manage the Myanmar website of a large international company • Responsible for detecting language issues on the local website and fix the translation issues using WCMS and republish • Signoff on translation including fixing/commenting translation issues with the aim of improving the quality of the website • Website maintenance covering all official company websites and event sites • Prioritizing and managing workload, providing status updates to project manager in a timely manner • Proactively proposing recommendations to improve website performance • Support the local marketing team on event preparation, data collection from internet, or collect feedback from the event attendees etc. • Detecting and responding to requests from local sales, marketing team and channel contacts regarding the revision/update/creation request towards the content of the local website • Minisite and Email Direct Marketing (EDM) creation.

Position Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience of managing web content • Experience of working within enterprise content management systems will be an advantage • Excellent IT skills and understanding of basic web technologies (browsers, basic CSS / HTML) • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous mind-set • Experience in graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop), MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent planning / organizational skills • Results oriented with an ability to work to tight timelines • Willing to contribute ideas and energy • Have an interest in current web trends & technologies • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
