Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Business Development Representative to help us expand our client portfolio. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply and effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting business opportunities and forging strong relationships with clients. This job provides a basic salary plus sales commission. Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Participate in business networking events (Foreign business chambers, business matching, business fairs and exhibitions) Should be comfortable speaking to both Myanmar nationals and foreigners Should be comfortable speaking to company top management, pitching for projects in front of a panel of both Myanmar and foreign management Prepare a growth plan, research the market in order to create a target database of potential clients Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company products & services addressing or predicting the client’s business needs Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Prepare monthly and quarterly sales records, potentials records Understand the concept of sales pipeline, and keep the pipeline healthy Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Position Requirements

Proven working experience as a sales representative bor relevant role Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in business English, Market knowledge, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Excellent time management and planning skills
