Job Description

  • Calculation of payroll, Tax and SSB
  • Preparation of letters of engagement, letters of appointment
  • Proper recording and updating of staff records
  • Follows up the staff leaves
  • Ensure respect of rules and procedures
  • Able to communicate with Tax and SSB Office
  • Assist HR Officer with human resources duties

Position Requirements

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • A university degree in relevant/ specific field
  • A good command is English
  • Computer proficiency in Words, Excel, Power Point and Global Wave software
  • Very good interpersonal skills
