Job Description

1) Working closely with Marketing Team to develop localized food trends for consumers

2) Market research & testing to determine consumers palate and preferences

3) Working conjointly with KFC suppliers on new product innovations 

4) Training and coaching to Operations staff before innovation roll out 

5) Observing and compiling of latest food trends around the region relevant for Myanmar foodconsumers 

Position Requirements

1) Background in cooking / culinary discipline 

2) Chef / F&B experience is a must (min.3-5 years)

3) Passion for food and cooking

4) Fried chicken lover and able to encompass the values of KFC brand (hand made, in-store prepared daily and Always Original)
