Job Description

  • Checking the drawings and specifications of site works.
  • Report to Construction Manager and Project Manager about any site issues, progress, man-power,procedure, specification, etc…
  • Managing the Contractor's Site works.
  • Breaking down the Schedule given by Managers into the Daily and Weekly Site works schedule.
  • Attending the necessary meetings and following up the subjected site matters highlighted.
  • Supervise the contractor's daily work and highlight any works which may occur delay of progress.
  • Checking the daily site works to ensure that schedule works are done.
  • Co-ordination of Contractor's site works and other displine works.
  • Recording and monitoring of site works, man-power and materials.
  • Preparation of Daily report and other necessary reports in time.
  • Making inventory lists of work related site materials.
  • Working together with Safety, QC, Structure and other staffs to ensure the site is safe and progressive.
  • Communicating with MEP, QC and Contractors to make sure right information is provided in the team.
  • Providing the updated drawings to the Contractors.
  • Follow-up and chase the Contractors for the rectification works as per time to time requirement.

Position Requirements

  • B.E (Civil/Mech/EP) or B.Tech (Civil/Mech/EP),
  • At least 3-year experience in related field.
  • Good English
  • Able to use computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Auto-CAD, Email & Internet)
