Job Description

  • Achieve sales target and profitability according to forecast. -
  • Create and implement sales strategy after sales channels and key customers.
  • Manage daily his/her sales team to secure orders and develop sales opportunities.
  • Lead customer Relationship Management.
  • Coordinates between customer, (after) sales services, admin.
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Co-ordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Bachelor Degree Holder or Equivalent.
  • Proficient in Both Burmese & English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Adobe PageMaker7.0, Internet & E-mail.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and to influence an audience.
  • Organizational skills with capacity to handle multi-tasks simultaneously.
  • Target oriented and capacity to handle pressure. Independent and problem solver.
