Job Description

  • Manage the BOD’s appointments and meeting schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time. 
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting in English and Myanmar
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files. 
  • Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. 
  • Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. Activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases
  • Actively and effectively liaise with business unit members, including top to bottom, within the group as required
  • Assist other duties of Board office as assigned     

Position Requirements

  • Any Degree with Diploma in Business Management (or) MBA is preferable 
  • Age between 25 and 30 years
  • Minimum (2) years of related work experience
  • Will be able to handle and interested in different business industries.
  • Ability to learn different subjects
  • Fluent in English (Four skill)
  • Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good presentation skills, good report writing skills, good mathematical skills
  • Demonstrable commercial skills and negotiating
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills/influencing
