Job Description

  • Accounts and Administration Executive will be responsible for all back office loan operations, accounting and administration work in the branch including the following.
  • Carrying out financial transaction and preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintaining all accounting, financial, loan and other supporthing documents used in the daily branch operation and maintain proper filings.
  • Monitoring and managing the cash flows of the branch.
  • Verifying and safeguarding all vouches and original loan documents as per company policies.
  • Preparing weeldy expense reports, monthly receipts and payments reports,performance reports and on time submission to head office with branch manager's approval.
  • Assisting administrative/HR tasks in the branch.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting/ Administrative or part qualification in Chartered Accountancy.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field 
  • Confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Reporting skills 
  • Computer literacy,specifically in the use of Microsoft Excel,Words, Power Point
  • Fluency in written and spoken Burmese, English knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Age between 20~35 years old
