Position Requirements

The successful Business Development Manager needs to have the following:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing, business management or equivalent
  • MBA preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Excellent written and communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be able to speak conversational English
  • Ability to work with all kind of team members (technical or non-technical)
  • Strong leadership skills and management capabilities
  • Highly driven and self-motivated
  • Capable of making presentation for IT introduce product and solution and sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Be a confident negotiator with the ability to close the deal
  • self-generate leads and be hands on in order to provide a solution for new customers
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
