Manage Customer relationships at CXO/Commercial Head level, resolve contractual business issues, focus on customer satisfaction in order to achieve repeat/referral business
Collaborate with CFO and CXOs within the organizations to ensure smooth business and collections are on target.
Implement monthly governance, O&M reviews and reconciliation process both at HQ and at Zonal offices.
Supporting Zonal teams by addressing any contentious/contractual related issues by engaging internal Management, and customer.
Channelizing Approvals and decision required from Top Management by presenting formal case study and approval note.
Reviewing team’s performance weekly bases through Conference calls, Video Conference & personal visits to zones .
Cross functional relation management for cohesive work environment.
Managing, Engaging and developing team members to achieve objectives timely.
Strive to improve and implement best possible process for development of business and customer experience.
Ensuring necessary correction in billing engine, to complete the dispute closure cycle.
Work Experience :
Minimum 15 years of total work Experience (7-10 years of telecom in KAM Role must )
