Job Description

Engagement: Part-time

Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • Plan, prepare and deliver courses/training according to the training package or accredited course.
  • Conduct training based on adult learning principles for the following modules,
    • Basic Digital Marketing
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Email & Content Marketing
  • Give current course information to students and make sure students are aware on the course assessment strategies.

Assessment

  • Distribute and explain course assessment plan and processes to students at the beginning of the unit.
  • Plan, conduct, review and mark assessment submitted by students. Explain the assessment outcome to students. Identify areas for improvement.
  • Assessments or Examinations should be completed within 5 days from the date of assessment or examinations. Trainer needs to compile the assessment results in the unit and submit to Academic & Operation Department within 7 days after the unit’s last date.
  • Inform students on the appeal procedure should they require assistance.
  • Assist in the design of assessment and provide suggestions/feedback to the accredited partners.

Meetings

  • Attend and contribute to validation meetings on training, assessment processes, tools and collate evidence related to your area of expertise.
  • Attend staff development meetings as required.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

Education / Professional Qualification

  • A Master degree preferred and Bachelor Degree holders may also apply.
  • Digital Marketing, Electronic Marketing or in a related field of study with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Applicants with less than 5 years of relevant work experience may become a Mentor instead.

Experience

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who has experience in training.
  • Teamwork, Interpersonal/ Intrapersonal skills, Communication skills (written/oral).
  • Effective customer service and attitude with professionalism.
