Job Description

We are currently looking for candidates to join us for the above post:

Engagement : Part-time



  • Plan, prepare and deliver courses/training according to the training package or accredited course.
  • Conduct training based on adult learning principles.
  • Give current course information to students and make sure students are aware on the course assessment strategies


  • Distribute and explain course assessment plan and processes to students at the beginning of the unit.
  • Plan, conduct, review and mark assessment submitted by students. Explain the assessment outcome to students. Identify areas for improvement.
  • Assessments or examinations should be completed within 7 days from the date of assessment or examinations.
  • Trainer needs to compile the assessment results in the unit and submit to Academic Support within 7 days after the unit's last date.
  • Inform students on the appeal procedure should they require assistance.
  • Assist in the design of assessment and provide suggestions/feedback to the accredited partners.


  • Attend and contribute to validation meetings on training, assessment processes, tools and collate evidence related to your area of expertise.
  • Attend staff development meetings as required.

Position Requirements

*Education / Professional Qualification*

  • A bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science preferred and Bachelor Degree holders from other relevant discipline may also apply
  • Must be certified MCSA/MCSE or in a related field of study with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • MCSA : Windows Server 2008; Server infrastructure 2012
  • MCSE : Server Infrastructure 2012; Private Cloud Experience
  • Should have 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Preference will be give to candidate who has experience in training the following modules;
  1. Fundamentals of Network
  2. Fundamentals of Servers
  3. Install and Configure Operating System
  4. Support and Maintain IT Infrastructure
  5. Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills for IT Helpdesk
  • Team player, Interpersonal/ Interpersonal skills, Communication skills (written/oral)
  • Effective customer service and attitude with professionalism
