Develop yearly strategic sales plan & implement it
Selling Digital products (Display Advertising, Content Marketing, Pre-roll Advertisements, etc.,)
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
Prepare promotional emails
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with digital media agencies
4 years experience as Digital Marketing or similar
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics,)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate in English language is preferable

About the Company
Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF) is a US-based non-profit investment fund that provides financing and technical assistance to independent media in countries with a history of media oppression. MDIF is running a unique capacity building program for independent media in Myanmar. MDIF's Myanmar Media Program (MMP) is a three-year initiative to strengthen the business and organizational capacity of up to 12 media organizations, thereby focusing on vital aspects of capacity building for mediauntil now largely unaddressed. This is being done through an intensive coaching program tailored to theneeds of each media.Through this program, MDIF intends to increase the ability of the participating media to provide audiences with reliable news and information and contribute to the development of a strong and financially sustainable independent media sector in Myanmar.
