Key Areas of Accountabilities (4- 6 Key items) - To achieve the budgeted sales through the sales team - To manage the Sales team in the most effective and efficient way - To make maximum distribution coverage & find out new SD , Dealer and new territory - To train & guide physical & mental requirement for Sales team / can be ideal person for team - Analyze the report from assistant Manager , Supervisor , Promoters , taking necessary action and reporting of marketing situation , stocks balance customer relation , territory wise and sales volume condition - To operate the sales team with the best usage of marketing tools ( Price , Promotion , Products and distribution ) - To manage the budget / cost and personnel matter of the team - ASM & RSM must check daily report/ call card / ISO format of promoter at least once a week - To check out the damage , near expiry item , giving decision and taking necessary action - To manage delivery system , transportation ( time , cost and opportunity management ) - Analyze the monthly sales , stocks & competitors activities and report to business Manager
