Job Description

- Providing secretarial services to MD

- Assisting in the preparation of meetings, conferences and events, and taking minutes as required

- Acting as the initial point of contact and communicating directly on behalf of MD as required

 - To ensure the managing the screening calls and visitors to determine an appropriate course of action.

- Assisting to CEO the majority of the time and responsibilities of an operational nature

- Manage the executive's appointments and schedules, make travel arrangements - Other duty assigned by CEO

Position Requirements

Any graduate

.• Any least 2 or 3 years experience in related field.

• Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet& Email).

• English communication skills, both written and spoken.• Must have good personality
