Job Description

In general:

• The role of the Executive PA is to support Founder and CEO as well as other Executive Members in all administrative matters.

Specifically:

• Maintain Founder's and CEO’s diaries including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.

• Arrange travel for Founder,CEO and executives through internal or outside agents, prepare flight itinerary, trip files and supplies.

• Liaise with drivers for pick up and drop off as requested.

• Screens phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling calls when appropriate;

• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

• Ensure office stationaries are fully provided including liaising with suppliers.

• Contribute, as needed, in all other reasonable tasks to ensure the success of the office of the Founder,CEO and the company as a whole.

Position Requirements

Education. A bachelor degree

Experience. At least 2 years sales experience in Personal Assistance.

Computer Skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

Communication skills. Very good command of both Myanmar and English language is MUST.

Interpersonal skills. Creating positive interactions with Executives and colleagues is an essential part of the job.

Presentation skills. Must be able to present to the Executives Mindset. Proactive and be able to take the own initiative to improve office processes and systems. Capable of working individually and as part of a wider team.
