Job Description

  • Payroll: Collect and check the input data for salary, bonus, allowance and benefit process (including timekeeping report, overtime, …) to ensure the correct input.- Make the all kind of payment and deduction report for employee (salary, bonus, overtime, sick leave, maternity leave, labor accident, severance payment, welfare, insurance, tax, bank transfer....) and get approval for payment.
  • Registration for tax and SSB
  • Controlling the attendance and overtime
  • Monitor the job assignment and evaluation

Position Requirements

  • Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree on Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Social
  • Experience: 1 year experience in related field.
  • PayrollSkills: fluent in English, good communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork, planning and time management, result oriented, computer skills.
