Job Description

- Manage all technical activities of Company

- Co-ordinate all Departments under Technical Center and Branches to complete all jobs with high efficient

- Report the results of all Technical activities of Company to C-Level.

-Propose, make plans and conduct coaching and training programs in technical activities of Company and Branches

-Evaluate, propose, conduct all technical program related to upgrade, extend or

modify network (coverage, capacity), chooses technology, equipment, features and solutions to fulfill business requirements from Company and Branches.

-Evaluate, propose, conducts all network optimization program (network quality and efficiency).

-Co-ordinate all technical program related to Installation, Commission, Operation and Maintenance network to fulfill requirement about quality, progress.

-Support, co-work with Branches in difficult/complex tasks. Directly performs some special tasks.

- Responsible for the accuracy of the database of infrastructure equipment and network assets of Company.

-Responsible for the accuracy of the database of management tools, test equipment, dedicated facilities which reserved for technical working of Company.

-Responsible for the accuracy of the database of all office properties which assigned.

-Responsible for the quality and durability of all assets listed above.

Position Requirements

- At least 5 years as a  Managerial role or above.

-Good expression skills

-Fluency in office software (word, excel, power point), fluency in operating instruments telecommunications equipment (gauges, welding, multi meter, ground resistance meter ...).

- Good at comunication skill
