Performing routine monitoring tasks, 24/7 continuous warnings occur on the systems, equipment under the responsibility, ensure the detected events within the specified time, and the KPI Monitor the target; make the right report, as prescribed.
Classifying alerts occur in order of priorit, evaluate the impact of an alert to find the root causes, Fixing the alerts that are guided in KEDB.
Troubleshooting the problems occurs to ensure the KPIs.
Develop guide book on problem troubleshoot.
Monitoring the network based on the request from other functional department.
Collect necessary data (logfiles, CDRs, KPIs ...) support BO localization and find the cause of the problem.
Make a complete and detailed recording of problems occurring in the recording in the notebook. Handing over the work for the next shift continues to be monitored.
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree on Telecommunication/IT/Electronics/Electricity.
Experience: 1 year of experience in equipvalent sectors.
