Job Description

1. Implement recruitment process: collecting, scanning CVs and organizing interview in branch.

2. Make proposal for rotation within branch or among branches.

3. Timekeeping - Daily check employee attendance in branch and input in GHR system (attendance and overtime). - Make daily, weekly and monthly timekeeping report of the branch.

4. Personal filing in Branch

5. Controlling the job assigment and evaluation in Branch 6. Issue labor contract and service contract 7. Reporting and give the warning to violations of working regulations

Position Requirements

  1. Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree on Business/ Technical/ Language/ Social Affairs
  2. Experience: 1 year in Recruitment
  3. Skills: fluent in English, good communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork, planning and time management, result oriented, computer skills.
