  • Recruitment: - Receive personnal request from hiring manager and check with manpower planning, make recruitment plan and get approval from General Director- Conduct recruitment process, ensure all preparation for the interview.- Prepare recruitment decision. - Do the orientation training on organization and regulations.
  • Rotation:- Receive the application for rotation, conduct interview.- Prepare rotation decisions.

Position Requirements

  • Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree on Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Social
  • Experience: 2 year experience in Recruitment
  • Skills: fluent in English, good communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork, planning and time management, result oriented, computer skills.
