Job Description

  • Set up working plans weekly/monthly;
  • Set up work flow and assign task to staffs as required or by request of chief of business center/Sales planning Manager and Board of Directors;
  • Managing, motivating and supporting on teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure safety and security for customers, welfare of employees, such as attendance etc.
  • Managing stock flows and accountable on stock control.
  • Inspect, supervise and estimate staffs' work duties;
  • Supervise regulation acceptance required by the Company to the staffs;
  • General management of the professional staff in the shop as financial management, inventory management, HR management...
  • Perform basic selling and up-selling activities for products/offerings to customers in order to meet business objectives.
  • Sell Mytel’ multiple services in store. Introduce products, advise and guide customer to make experience Mytel’ service (4G, Vas, Handset, MyMoney, new services…).
  • Provide after sale services.
  • Receive and guarantee handset providing by Mytel.
  • Perform basic selling and up-selling activities for products/offerings to customers in order to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure cash collections/deposit management process at stores, in alignment with the organization policy, in order to ensure accurate outlet financial system.
  • Managing the database of customer and collecting postpaid subscriber’s charge.
  • Managing and making deposit money to bank
  • Deploy customer care program
  • Solve customer’s complaint.
  • Support sale channel of professional.
  • Perform professional of managing customer’s profile for all sale channel.
  • Conduct basic store activities regarding customer retention, in order to reduce churn and to promote customer satisfaction and experiences.
  • Maintain the image in the shop in accordance with the company regulations
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Position Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • At least 3 years’ experience in retail sales / customer service related areas is preferable.
  • At least 2 years in store management. Have knowledge of retail in store chain, knowledge about the planning and execution of business operations. Have an experience store management in field of telecommunication is an advantage
  • Good Command of Written and Verbal in English
  • Making plan, supervising plan
  • Able to inspect, evaluate plans, works & personnel capability
  • Strong analytics skills and problem-solving skill is a must.
  • Good at expression, communication
  • Good at office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adapt quickly to changes in business condition
  • Must have ambition and attitude for continuous growth and development.
