Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job Supervisory role responsible for the efficient operation of a process including the supervision of the operators and responsibility for Safety, Quality, Cost, NCE & TPM, etc… Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose SAFETY

  1. Monitor the Safety in Production line/process, ensuring machines work in safe condition & operators work in a safe way
  2. Keep track of Basic Behavior Safety, Health & Environment observation, Job Hazards Analysis
  3. Close safety gap on time PEOPLE
  4. Set up and provide training, execute developed plan for operators
  5. Coach the team on production knowledge, technology and standard production practices.
  6. Set-up & follow Performance Evaluation for subordinates
  7. Feedback on operators’ escalations & suggestions.
  8. Be link between Management and the shop-floor ASSET INTENSITY
  9. Ensure process /line achieve the Asset Intensity by control: Un-planned Stoppages, Planned Stoppages, Rework & Speed loss
  10. Work closely with Engineer to solve the machine breakdown Delivery
  11. Cascade and execute the production plan and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources to catch up the production plan
  12. Coordinate with related departments (QA, Eng, RPM, AG…) to ensure smooth production such as trial, new product development
  13. Arrange production labor to ensure no missed delivery. Determine and forecast the annual production manpower and strategic plans COST
  14. Control production costs by managing available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc. ) and comply with Nestle standards. NCE/TPM
  15. In charge of DOR/WOR. Monitor & coach people on SHO
  16. Ensure problem solving is properly applied in production such as GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, SMED …
  17. Implement TPM practices

Position Requirements

  • Education requirement: Bachelor Degree English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Computer skill: required. Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc…
  • Experience related to position: 3 years Major in Food processing, Mechanical engineering, Automation Engineering
