Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Must be able to strong communication with Government Office.

Position Requirements

  • Age 23 - 30 years old, must be trustworthy.
  • Being able to communicate in Chinese or English fluently.
  • Must be able to use computer, MS Office
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability: working time must be flexible. No overtime pay for night or holiday.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
