Job Description

  • Managing daily booking check-ins/ check-outs of guests
  • Handle all emails/phone communication,
  • general admin of front desk duty
  • Attend to walk-in guests
  • A hands on approach with strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully train, guide and mentor staff
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
  • Formulating and maintaining a rotating roster

Position Requirements

  • Any Graduation from University College.
  • Must be good command of English.
  • Good Communication skill Able to work under pressure.
  • Over 3 years Experience 
  • Strong computer skills in all aspects including Microsoft Office
  • over 25 years old
