The Service Technician maintains and reports all installation, service and maintenance equipment including display equipment throughout the mart and ensures that all such equipment is working satisfactorily and efficiently.
Checking all building, kitchen system and equipment on a daily basis
Monitor and maintain all equipment good condition
Kitchens are dangerous areas. Technician must be aware about the health and life safety during the install or servicing kitchen equipment
Carries out planned maintenance pro-grammes for servicing of all equipment
Observes and reports to Manager any unusual sign, sound pressure or temperature on equipment which is likely to lead to malfunction
Testing and explanation about equipment in sale areas as and when requested
Maintains service log for recording
Ensures that all work assigned should do in a good accurate and prompt manner
To switch-off the air-conditioning units and lighting after duty hour
Age : 18 – 25
Education : GTC, TU, A. G. T. I, / graduate majoring with (electrical or mechanical)
