The acquisition senior specialist within the Ooredoo marketing functions role it to ensure that Ooredoo achieves its customer acquisition targets on an on-going basis.
Work with the product marketing teams to develop and craft unique acquisition business propositions in specific segments and locations within Myanmar.
Interface with the business finance team to develop the detail of the product and the business case for launch.
In conjunction with marketing communications and sales team develop an efficient GTM plan.
Create accurate sales forecasts to ensure high accuracy in customer acquisition projections and ROI.
Identify events and opportunities and propose campaigns/projects congruent with OMLs direction supporting further customer acquisition.
Monitor acquisition performance on a daily basis to ensure that all forecasts are being met
Risk management of projects, ‘sales’ portfolios and campaigns; should any activity fail to perform as expected remedial action must be taken immediately along with escalation to the acquisition senior manager and director
Coordinate with regional teams to get full market insights and regular visit to the required areas
Regular analysis on the competitors movements which includes offers, plans and promotions & report to line manager
Organizing the promotions and events upon requirements
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- Min 5 years in Telecommunication/Vendor environment
- Good insight into the Telco landscape is expected
- Knowledge and exposure of all telecoms marketing functions
- Working exposure to project management, stakeholder management is also required.
- Basic financial acumen
- Good Communication Skills to interact with top management
- Minimum Entry Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing/Computer Science/Telecommunication/Management
