Job Description

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement key measures and strategies to build distributors’ capabilities such as operation management, merchandising and trade relationship management.
  • Develop detailed distribution coverage plan in close consultation with appointed distributors and regional sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain performance measurement systems to track and manage distributor’s performance.
  • Provide critical operational oversight and support to distributors, including continuous and regular tracking and reporting of channel effectiveness measurements
  • Coordinate distribution projects and initiatives to achieve maximum effectiveness, optimal resource utilization and adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Budget planning and management.

Position Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience preferably in similar role and in the areas of distribution channel development and management
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry would be an added advantage
