ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Content creation for employee touchpoints
Intranet
Internal communications
Employee engagement activities

Internal Communications Manager
- To cooperate developing a strategy and action plan to enhance stakeholder communication and drive engagement for employees across the organization
- To plan and assist Internal Communications Senior Manager on advertising and communicating OML’s strategy to build brand equity
- To cooperate creating a sense of pride to work for OML among employees
- etc
- To assist maintaining the intranet
- To draft and upload creative material and articles onto the intranet
- To assist the implementation of the intranet
- Dedicated Facebook page for employees
- etc
- To carry out Internal Communications initiatives
- To produce new flashes and other mediums of communication (i.e. newsletter)
- To plan and carry out employee engagement activities
- Various employee competitions
- Host employee events

Position Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- Some experience in Marketing or HR/ Admin
- Master’s Degree in any field (MBA is preferable)

Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential
- Good in Myanmar
