Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit factory have a regular basis follow up with whether they have non‐compliances;
  • Monitor social compliance as defined by the BFC and BSCI Code of Conduct;
  • Work on site with the suppliers on their social compliance performance;
  • Pre‐audit factories prior to official customer review/audits;
  • Actively guide and support factories with their root cause analysis, corrective actions,capacity building and ensure that social and labor standard issues are being improvedin a timely and sustainable manner;
  • Supervise the company “Improvement Process” and maintain close follow upand control of factory CAP (Corrective Action Plans)
  • Manage relationships with appropriate non‐governmental organizations,external consultants, business associations, suppliers and public agencies.
  • Review the existing compliance practices and identify proper actions for continuousimprovement and development
  • Weekly compliance overview update.

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration

Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience conducting WRAP, SAI, BSCI, and client‐specific socialcompliance audits in factories

Personal Qualities:

  • Experiences with social compliance standards such as BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, ETI etc;
  • Extensive knowledge of BSCI requirements and Cambodia labor legislation andpossibly other countries;
  • Ability to work with different types of factory managers and to adapt tactics andmeans
  • High negotiation skills, proof of training and practical experience required;
  • Proactive, self‐motivated, persistent, detail oriented, well organized, good analyticaland leadership skills;
  • Fluency in English in both written and spoken;
