Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Coordinate with city team for administrative tasks
- Maintain a constant stock of stationery and equipment such as marketing collateral and office supplies and consumables
- Assist in coordinating repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building
- Carry out receptionist duties during driver on boarding days
- Support with basic financial and accounting tasks including petty cash management and preparation of monthly office expense reports
- Handle applying, extending of company licenses and other documentations
- Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Fluency in Burmese, basic proficiency in English desired but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) desired.
- Responsible and possesses team work and good cooperation skills.
