Job Description


  • Coordinate with city team for administrative tasks
  • Maintain a constant stock of stationery and equipment such as marketing collateral and office supplies and consumables
  • Assist in coordinating repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building
  • Carry out receptionist duties during driver on boarding days
  • Support with basic financial and accounting tasks including petty cash management and preparation of monthly office expense reports
  • Handle applying, extending of company licenses and other documentations
  • Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment

Position Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
  • Fluency in Burmese, basic proficiency in English desired but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) desired.
  • Responsible and possesses team work and good cooperation skills.
